The lastest version is linklint-2.3.5

2.4.beta is a beta version of Linklint that handles SSL support and
can read HTTPS pages.  It requires the installation of OpenSSL and the
Net::SSLeay module.  This is pretty straightforward on Unix.  Your
Windows mileage may vary.

NOTE: A more recent version of the Net::SSLeay module was released
July 19, 2001.  This version includes the Net::SSLeay::Handle module.
You should use this newer version instead of the modules here
(although the module here should still work).
